Todd P. Belott FACS, MD
Dr. Belott joined the surgical Clinic of Louisiana in October, 2005 after six years of private practice in eastern New Orleans,
and adds his extensive experience in laparoscopic bariatric surgery to our program. His residency training at the famous
Parkland Hospital in Dallas, Texas is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious, and highly regarded surgical
educational institutions in the United States.
Dr. Belott’s practice interests are broad and diversified. He has expertise in a variety of surgical specialties including
advanced laparoscopic surgery and laparoscopic Bariatric surgery. Dr. Belott was the first surgeon in our area to introduce the use of
the DaVinci Surgical Robot in the performance of laparoscopic bariatric surgery.
